No, sacraments are given to another person, or in the case of the Eucharist, the sacrament is imposed on the bread and wine.

No, you cannot. When you ask “why,” are you looking for the canonical reason (i.e., where does the Church say it’s not allowed) or a theological reason (i.e., why is it impossible)? As to the latter, Jesus simply did not establish the sacrament that way: he told his disciples, “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them,” and even Jesus himself went to John for baptism in the Jordan river.
