You will find some truth within the baptist church, and you may find some love as well…but God is Love and Truth, and so the fullness thereof lies with His Bride, His Church, the Catholic Church. There is where you will find True Love and the Fullness of Truth, even if a particular parish is lacking.

Fellowship with their peers does not have to be in a church . Why not Scouting? YMCA sports? etc.
As far as their religious formantion, it has already been pointed out that it is the parents responsibility, not the church. All they need to “know the bible” is a bible and a place to read it, as in your own home. Do you think that the Catholics in those countries where the Church is still persecuted (in Saudi Arabia you can be put to death) have youth groups and fellowship hours? I would bet that few have a deeper faith relationship with Christ than these.
I think it boils down to the fact that for whatever reason you do not believe Catholic doctrine and are just more comfortable in the Baptist Church…it is a lot easier in a lot of ways.
