What are good arguements for use against Baptists? Does anyone know any good books or websites to research this on? Where exactly do they veer from catholic doctrine?

The bible for one. Scripture catholic.com and Catholic.org are some good places to research or find good arguments. Catechism of the catholic church.
Good luck and God bless.

The problem is that not all Baptists believe the same things, and there are so many kinds of Baptists. So, there isn’t a general all-in-one set of arguments for Baptists. It would have to be done based on what the particular Baptist believes.

This may be helpful (note it’s from 1917, but it still has a lot of useful info):

Baptists (Catholic Encyclopedia)

I agree with bzkoss236 they aren’t all the same. Instead I suggest that you look at the differences between the Catholics and the Evangelical Protestants. Some good authors which focus on dialogue are:

Dwlight Longnecker
The book: a biblical defence of Catholicism by Dave Armstrong,
Roman Catholics and Evangelicals agreements and differences by Norman Geisler and Ralph Mackenzie.

Start with those, if you want more titles, message me and I’ll send more.

I notice that you have recently asked a similar question about Methodists, Adventists, Calvanism, Baptists, Lutherans, Zarathusterism, Zoroastrianism, Rastafarianism, Confucianism, and Islam.

You seem very inquisitive, and appear to have a substantial amount of free time to devote to research of topics that would fill the Library of Alexandria. Please forgive me for also noting that your questions are also indicative that you are a troll, and should be ignored.

Your not the first to accuse me of that. What makes me seem like im trolling to you and how can I stop it?

I am sorry. I was unaware that this was indicative of trolling. I will stop doing that.
