Has anyone heard of this, from a young man in Nigeria in 1997? THE MESSAGE OF BARNABAS NWOYE: THE PRECIOUS BLOOD DEVOTION
 
Yeah, I have read about that before. It appears that the messages were approved by the local Church authorities without addressing the alleged apparition.

The devotion is a little confusing because there was already a Precious Blood devotion in the form of a Chaplet (red with a heart at the end) that originated elsewhere and dates back to 1947.
