The young Austrian aristocrat who flew to Rome especially to demonstrate against Pachamama is critically ill in hospital with Coronavirus.
He was married less than a year ago.

Interestingly, though his family was Catholic, his great grandfather became a Lutheran so Alexander is in fact a convert.

His latest tweet:

So right now it‘s day 14 of me having #corona. My lungs are still very weak and the rest of the body is too. Christ shows us here many possibilities of carrying our cross. Let us use this opportunity. Pray your #rosary daily and ask the Lord how to serve him best in these times.

I have had a prayer request thread up for him for several days now:

Urgent Corona Prayer Request for Alexander Tschugguel Prayer Intentions
The prayer request is by Taylor Marshall; it’s in the video: Alexander is in trouble. Pater noster, qui es in caelis, sanctificetur nomen tuum. Adveniat regnum tuum. Fiat voluntas tua, sicut in caelo et in terra. Panam nostrum quotidianum da nobis hodie, et dimitte nobis debita nostra sicut et nos dimittimus debitoribus nostris. Et ne nos inducas in tentationem, sed libera nos a malo. Amen. Ave Maria, gratia plena, Dominus tecum. Benedicta tu in mulieribus, et benedictus fructus ventris tui…

I wonder how receptive he is toward accepting the plenary indulgence offered by the Vatican?

Dr Taylor Marshall: “I’ll be interviewing Alexander Tschugguel tomorrow on his contraction and recover(y) from Corona. Live. Friday. 9am central USA time. Subscribe and hit notifications on (youtube or whatever - Pat_Albertson)”

I messed up my previous post by trying to edit out my comment about my post not being an advertisement. I am trying to repair it.

This is what I originally came here to do, to post a link to Alexander Tschugguel’s youtube page: Michael Del Bufalo.

The strange name he has given his youtube page is explained in the Taylor Marshall/Alexander Tschugguel video.

Just because he may have had an opinion against actions done at the Vatican at one time doesn’t mean he is ‘against the Pope’ or would refuse to accept actions done at other times.

Even St. Catherine of Siena could disagree with the actions of a Pope while still maintaining proper respect for the Pope’s office and person.

I think that too often people today are associating disagreeing with a person as disrespect of the person.

It may be that I’m old enough at 63 to remember when two or more people could disagree with each other even on such topics as politics and religion and yet hold the other person in deep respect and affection.

I believe I was reading just recently, after the death of Kirk Douglas, about how he had such a friendship with Charlton Heston. The two were poles apart in their politics but never allowed that to influence their deep regard for the other as a PERSON.

I wish this attitude were more prevalent today. Hopefully one result from this COVID19-19 pandemic and its forced social distancing might lead more people to start viewing others as whole persons instead of as ‘anti’ this or ‘pro that’ position. And thus to make fewer judgments and indictments based on perception of them being categorized as ‘anti’ this or ‘pro’ that and therefore to be lauded or excoriated accordingly.

Hear hear!

I simply don’t understand why you should hate someone for voting for the opposite party.

Likewise all traditional Catholics love the Pope. As a traditionalist I have spent more time praying for Francis than any previous pope.

doesn’t mean he is ‘against the Pope’
He is actually on record as saying he loves the Pope.

Often your truest friend is the one who points out your mistakes.
