You’re probably thinking just because they print the 62 Missal, there must be something questionable? 🙂

Your probably thinking the Angelus Press, but SJC sells their missals FWIW.
Baronius is affiliated with FSSP. I couldn’t care less about the 1962 missal and have no idea who Angelus Press or SJC is. I asked the same question about Midwest Theological Forum before I ordered from them.

An inexpensive compact Oxford NRSV has already been ordered and I have it in my mind to order the Knox from Baronius next payday anyway. Actually, I’m extremely exited and can hardly wait.

And so what if their salesman might be an atheist? Not saying he is, but it’s the publication or text that gets the imprimatur not the distributor, the printer, or the binder. Baronius simply purchased the copyrights. It might be a computer program for all I know.

Let’s start a thread about organizations affiliated with various publishing houses, copyrights and whether our purchases support them or not but let’s not include that in this thread. I regret having brought it up in the first place.

My original query was answered. I’m buying the Bible either way and already own one of their titles from long ago. Let’s let the rest go.
