I hope to list basic biblical passages for our Catholic faith.
Biblical Characteristics of God, Introduction
Exodus 25: 40 See that you make them according to the pattern shown you on the mountain.
Acts of the Apostles 7: 44 "Our ancestors had the tent of testimony in the desert just as the One who spoke to Moses directed him to make it according to the pattern he had seen.”
**II Corinthians 4: 16 Therefore, we are not discouraged; rather, although our outer self is wasting away, our inner self is being renewed day by day. 17 For this momentary light affliction is producing for us an eternal weight of glory beyond all comparison, 18 as we look not to what is seen but to what is unseen; for what is seen is transitory, but what is unseen is eternal. **
Hebrews 8: 5 They worship in a copy and shadow of the heavenly sanctuary, as Moses was warned when he was about to erect the tabernacle. For he says, "See that you make everything according to the pattern shown you on the mountain."
 
The basic scriptural passages for our faith are those relating to the Creed and are shown in the CCC footnoted and referenced for each part of the Creed.
Just look at each part of the Creed in the CCC and a number is there which you will find in the footnotes with the particular passges being referenced.

For example our Profession of Faith begins “I believe in God the Father…”

You will see the number 1 in CCC 198. This refers to footnote 1 which references Isaiah 44:6 “Thus says the LORD, Israel’s King and redeemer, the LORD of hosts: I am the first and I am the last; there is no God but me.”

You can go through the Creed in the CCC and read all the basic scriptural passages for our Faith.
 
God Can Be Known Through the Use of Reason

Wisdom 13: 5 For from the greatness and the beauty of created things their original author, by analogy, is seen.
Psalm 53: 2 Fools say in their hearts, “There is no God.” Their deeds are loathsome and corrupt; not one does what is right.
Romans 1: 19 For what can be known about God is evident to them, because God made it evident to them. 20 Ever since the creation of the world, his invisible attributes of eternal power and divinity have been able to be understood and perceived in what he has made. As a result, they have no excuse; 21 for although they knew God they did not accord him glory as God or give him thanks. Instead, they became vain in their reasoning, and their senseless minds were darkened.

No comment on my post or are you simply going to ignore all posts and go on and on and on with another thread with hundreds of your posts only.
Don’t you understand what these forums are for? They are DISCUSSION forums. If you simply want to list hundreds of bible passges then why don’t you open a blogsite and do it there?

Listing a thousand or however many bible passages is not a discussion and you did not respond to my post. I was trying to get a discussion going with you. You are talking about basic passages about faith. I’m saying the passages relating to the Creed are all that is necessary with regard to BASIC bible passages. Otherwise you can simply post the entire Bible here.

Are you going to list every verse in the Bible. Why not simply tell us to read the Bible?
 
I posted the wrong passage in my last post.

These recent posts are Biblical passages concerning God’s attributes. I am sorry that I have done a poor job stating that these are God’s attributes as found in the Holy Bible. I will try to improve my communication skills.

God’s Perfection
St. Matthew 5: 48 So be perfect, just as your heavenly Father is perfect.
Wisdom 12: 17 For you show your might when the perfection of your power is disbelieved; and in those who know you, you rebuke temerity.
