I hope this is the right forum to post this. I have some friends that are followers of the so called bayside apparition of Our Lady. They claim that Our Lady said that test tube babies have no human souls but animal souls and hence are not true humans which I said was a lot of garbage. They won’t listen to scientific explainations, they just keep saying Our Lady said so. Is there any scripture, Church documents, or writings from the Church Fathers or other saints such as Aquinas that I could use to refute them? Also are there any other resources that I could use to show them why the “apparition” was condemned. Thanks in advance.
