I have been really enjoying the new series of this 50s-based series based on Chesterton’s books about a crime solving Catholic priest in the Cotswolds. The BBC are now repeating some of the earlier episodes. Here is the link to the episode I watched yesterday, The Mystery of the Rosary.

Thank you for posting this! I didn’t know it was on. I just assume when I see Father Brown scheduled that it’s all the old stuff which I’ve already seen more than a few times–which I totally love, though! Time to check out SKY Catch-up TV!
 
I’ve been watching the series and i enjoyed it a lot, the new series just ended on the BBC and I’m hoping they make a new season.
 
My l;ocal PBS station is showing Father Brown Sunday at 7:30 I have not found the older ones to watch online like I can with Downton Abby I Just missed watching last week So I plan to watch today. I saw a few last year. They were entertaining
 
This sounds heartening. My esteem for the BBC was destroyed while watching The Last Kingdom, in which every Christian character is miserable, cruel, and sanctimonious.
