I’ve gone through many wonderful Rosary booklets and methods. This was my uppermost tippity top favorite:
bookstore.magnificat.net/booklets/rosary-companion.html
I even purchased the sacred art cards available for each mystery to help meditate when I would recite at work and busy with my hands.
Currently my preference is to have just actual scripture verses for meditation before each mystery. I still miss the art but I pray with my eyes closed anyhow.
The closer I get to Blessed Mother the closer I get to knowing, loving and serving her Divine Son and the source of God’s grace in the Eucharist. True Devotion is the highway to the unlimited happiness of becoming a Saint. There is no holier promise one can make than ‘Through Mary Immaculate to Jesus’, and no more charitable act than to spread knowledge and devotion to Mary.
It is crucial that we spread news to educate poor sinners about Mary. Once they are enlightened and proceed to pay her attention, Mary will no doubt wound their hearts with love for her and hopefully they take up her Rosary devotion and progress on the path of holiness and sanctity in doing the will of God.
One way is like you suggested, making her known with literature in the parish vestibule.
Another way is to get the home addresses of people and send literature directly to their mailbox.
Of course, this was Fr. Kolbe’s effective method of promotion with his ‘Knight of the Immaculate’ (‘Rycerz Niepokalane’ in Polish and ‘Seibo no Kishi’ in Japanese) monthy magazine. I think one can still read it online using Google Translate.
The closest I’ve found to this magazine is ‘Missio Immaculatae’ bi-Monthly International Marian Magazine produced by the Friars of the Immaculate.

It’s $30 for a yearly subscription.
Highly recommended. For myself, once I cracked open the first page to read, I didn’t want to put it down until I read each of the awesome articles with beautiful artwork inside.
$30 ain’t cheap but really nothing in terms of saving a soul.
Like I said, it makes sense to capture their attention with knowledge about the Immaculata before spreading devotions.
Similarly, handing out Miraculous Medals is fantastic. But far more effective if the recipient is enlightened with the complete story of St. Catherine Laboure before they begin wearing the medal like Our Lady instructed.
