I would like to humbly ask for prayers. I have had a ridiculous bad luck streak lately, and today my boss chewed me out for almost 2 hours over a minor mistake. And I mean REALLY chewed out. She even took out her frustration about other members on our team on me. I have been crying off and on since 2:30 PM today. 😦

I’m trying to offer this pain up to God, but I feel myself slipping back into depression again. I suffer from Bipolar type 2, so when I get depressed, it can get severe and last for several weeks.

I know your’re not looking for advice, but your boss is really out of line.
Maybe time to look for another job?

Sorry your having such a Rough time , I myself and countless others have had a similar bad experience, I really don’t think the problem is You ,
But rather your boss has the problem ,taking out everyone’s faults on you,
Some people shouldn’t be in any position of authority,
Simply because they lack People skills , they lack any form of compassion or empathy,
But somehow because of there passion to succeed,they trample over people to become the boss , I’m afraid there isn’t a thing we can do , the only thing apart from going over their head to complain, is to Learn everything you can and more about that job,
Then go out and find another position ,

Your boss sounds bang out of order on this one. I know that doesn’t much help with how it feels, but for what it’s worth, everyone makes little mistakes. Your value as a person is not determined by how successful you are at work or how perfectly you do your job.

I’ll pray for you tonight. You’re a beloved daughter of God and, however it might feel right now, you’re incredibly valuable to His plan here on this earth.
 
So sorry to hear of this incident. I will pray that the situation with the boss improves and she might learn better managements skills. I also pray that you can put this incident behind you and move forward without slipping into severe depression.
