My dog isn’t a beagle, and while perhaps I’m biased, I’d say he’s just as adorable as the bugles, I mean “beagles” Quark is a rescue dog and we’ve had him for just about a year now. I’ve always felt that Chihuahuas hate all other dogs, including other chihuahuas!

Never understood the need for a breed of dog so small and so yippy? Is there a point to them other than fitting in a purse?
