Before Jesus did the Jewish faith injoy infallible authority?

Did the Jewish faith also have infallible authority before Jesus was born? Did they lose it after the catholic Church was born?

No, they didn’t have it,[as a group, as a “people” or even there Leaders] so they couldn’t loose it.

However the Prophets that were Faithful to Divine Inspiration, and relayed what Yahweh told them to say; have been proven to be correct, and therefore one MIGHT apply the term “infallibility” as a discription of these not only predictions, BUT promises:thumbsup:
