I think the previous posts have said it all. I’m not familiar with a dedicated Benedictine rosary, though. Their big thing was Lectio Divina, and spent their spare time doing that. The rosary didn’t come along for about another 700 years after St Benedict. The layfolk had Pater Noster beads. They would recite 150 Paters for the Psalms due to illiteracy.

Here is a wooden one I like, but I wanted to see what else might be an option. The Bendictine rosary is a rosary I plan to carry around with me during the day. My primary rosary will remain at home so won’t lose it. St. Benedict will help strengthen my resolve to make it happen with ora et labora (prayer and work) throughout the day.
