I’d like to know what you think is the best book(s) on the Mass and the Eucharist that you have read.
I’m a convert - I think that converts and cradle Catholics may have a different listThe Lamb’s Supper by Scott Hahn
I second this. Feast of Faith really opened my eyes in a new way to the awesomeness of the Eucharist. I just can’t say enough how the Pope gave me a new, more reverent, and more awe inspired view of the Eucharist. You will find that the books written by Pope Benedict XVI are, by far,in my opinion, the best collection of writings on the Eucharist and the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass. Here they are:
The Spirit of the Liturgy
A New Song for the Lord
Feast of Faith
God is Near
In fact, early next year, the Vatican is going to release a complete anthology of all of his writings. The first book will be devoted to what he has written on the Liturgy.
