I am interested in finding more excellent Catholic fiction (particularly clean, historical fiction).
My new favorite series is Dr. Taylor Marshall’s Sword and Serpent Trilogy, and I am looking for similar reads. I would greatly appreciate any recommendations!!!

Did you do a search? There have been several threads on this and related topics in recent months.
I’d recommend Undset’s Kristin Lavransdatter and The Master of Hestviken.

J. R. R. Tolkien comes to mind. Perhaps more relevant your requirements are the murder mysteries written by Monsignor Ronald A. Knox.

JRR Tolkien is my very favorite author! Nothing could ever compare to Lord of the Rings 😉
I have Ronald Knox’ The Viaduct Murder!

I was just looking at this book today! Did you enjoy it?

I’ve not heard of these two–thank you for the recommendations!!!

Yes, enormously. It’s very short, only 159 pages in this Penguin edition. I’ve read it twice and there are one or two episodes that I still reread from time to time, particularly the comic scenes, such as the appalling dinner party in Chapter 1. Have a look at it and see what you think.

I LOVED The Children of the Last Days series by Michael O Brien

I forgot about that series (I have it on my bookshelf!)!!! I’ve read O’Brien’s Theophilos, and I really enjoyed his writing 😀 Thank you for the recommendation!

I recommend anything by Louis de Wohl. He has written several novels about saints and other important figures in Catholic history. He does a good job of staying faithful to the historical record, while embellishing the story with details that make for an interesting novel. I especially recommend The Spear (about the Roman centurion who drove his spear into the side of Christ), Citadel of God (about St. Benedict), and The Last Crusader (about Don Juan of Austria and the Battle of Lepanto).
