What is the best way to give a testimony on the work of the Holy Spirit in your life? What is the basic structure of it is what I mean.

confine yourself to the topic
don’t give too much backstory
do not reveal intimate details of your life, especially as regard to conversion from sin, that reflect badly on any other person or betray their confidence, especially your spouse
do not use proper names of other persons involved in your story or any identifying information (unless you want to thank someone who is present such as a priest or good Christian witness)
focus on the action of the Holy Spirit, not your response, feelings, emotions, actions
do not give a bio epic of yourself
nobody cares where you worked or went to school unless the detail is germaine to your experience of the Holy Spirit

I also think its good to have some structure in your talk
have a few main points you want your students to take out of your talk and really focus on them
challenges are good (if you are talking to people younger then you and who are looking up to you)
ask our mother mary to intercede for you

Make an outline of what you want to say. Make sure it flows and tells a story that unfolds naturally so it won’t appear to be bouncing back and forth. Use the outline to speak from, but don’t read to your audience.
Be HONEST! Speak from your heart. Don’t be afraid to show some emotions. That shows honesty and vulnerability. With this topic, people will spot disingenuous a mile away. Then your message and credibility will both be lost.
Use some light humor. This loosens up the crowd. The best speakers start and end their talk with funny anecdotes. You may not be able to frame your testimony this way, but at least include some funny stories on a personal level. The crowd needs to relate to you in some way. Showing that you tried and failed in a funny way relates your story to their past.
Finish strong, but not preachy. Be sure and note that being a disciple is a daily struggle given the pressures of the secular society.
Most of all, pray, pray, pray in earnest before beginning. Ask others to pray for you. If possible, have someone pray for you in a separate room while you are speaking. All these add up and you will feel their presence as you speak!

how someone prepares a talk will differ for people
I like to write out my talks and then practice them, i am always better when I know what i’m going to say instead of going in there and just talking
some people are really good at just going up and talking their heart with little preparation.
ask the holy spirit to guide you but find the strategies that help you the most, don’t think the holy spirit will give you everything with you not working at all.
