Better if Judas had never been born?

" Better is Judas have never been born". God is actually saying that going to hell is the worse thing that can happen to anyone bar none, beats even being born. God can never over emphasize that which includes, even having free will, being born to have been able to help someone or some people go to heaven, having done some good deeds and all other good acts, are in God’s eyes is without value if someone goes to hell.
In simple terms, what God is saying is He does not care what you do, as long as you bring yourself to heaven.
I believed that each one is given the chance to go to heaven even at the very last moment and those who go to hell chose Hell.
