Seems that the Bible is writen largely in chronological order. This makes finding all (or even many) of the passages dealing with a specific topic a daunting project. Am in the final stages of writing a manuscript on the subject of salvation and I don’t even want to admit how much time has been required to research it! Is anyone aware of a work which presents Bible passages by subject?

Get a good Concordance. The one that I have was put out by the American Bible Society and it lists lots of Bible passages on Salvation. Good luck with your research.

I have a book titled “Nave’s Topical Bible” I think it’s different from the “Nave’s Topical Index” that you mentioned Fidelis. I say this because when I checked out the online cite you gave, there was no topic “salvation” given under the “S”. Whereas, in the book I have, there are 10 pages of Scripture passages given under “Salvation-Unclassified Scriptures Relating To”, another page and a half of verses under “Salvation–Conditions Of”, and another 2 1/2 pages under “Salvation–Plan Of”.

I’ve had the book for about 25-30 years, so not sure if it’s still available. The publisher is The Southwestern Company, Nashville, Tenn. The only drawback is that it is Protestant, so it does not contain passages from the OT books they do not include in the Bible. Also possible that their theology could influence which passages get included under some topics, especially one like “salvation” - but I haven’t really done any checking on that.
