Anyone know of any good manufacturers of Bible covers? I’ve been looking around and found the selection very limited in local stores and my go to, amazon, seems to be lacking as well. I’m just looking for a solid dark color, nothing fancy and something that will hold up over time.

Big Bend Saddlery will custom make a bible cover for you according to your description. It may be expensive since it will be custom made for you from leather. But it will last forever!
 
For a great selection in sizes, colors, materials such as fabric, leather or vinyls I always turn to christianbook.com. I have plain zippered covers, one with a zippered outside pocket, two that are great for study Bibles because of the foldout section that holds marking pens and a notepad. Make sure to measure your Bible, their sizes are very accurate :). I even have a ladies purse that has a Bible holding compartment.
 
There are a good selection on eBay, if you are looking for something a little less expensive. 🙂

Have you tried a Catholic bookstore like St. Paul’s Alba House? They stock very nice leather covers. You can also access them online.
 
Thanks for all the great ideas. Christianbook has a great selection, although the thought of having one made is appealing. I like the idea of having one that’ll last forever
