While I was creating some new files for the “Does anybody write in their Bible” ‘s thread, it was closed.
The pictures I had uploaded to that thread were fuzzy and in smaller resolution. So, I made the web page below to handle larger, Print Ready JPEG’s
I added some notes from Romans 3 and 4.

For example :
St. Paul’s Point Could Not Be Luther’s
- Justified Not by Faith Alone. James 2:24
- St. Paul considered himself “righteousness under the law blameless.” Philippians 3:4-6. Therefore, obeying the law according to St. Paul was not impossible.
- “Works of the law” is reference to ceremonial laws, as in circumcision. It is not a reference to the moral law. Abraham’s faith was not apart from good works. Hebrews 11:8-9 tells us it was by faith Abraham left his native land. The kind of faith being discussed is a justifying faith, See Hebrews 11:2. And he was performing many good works long before Genesis 15:6. He built altars, etc. Genesis 12:7-8. 13:18. Defended his nephew in war, and paid tribute to Melchizedek, Genesis 14, all before Genesis 15:6. Abraham had always walked in the presence of the Lord, Genesis 24:40.
