Hey everyone!
I need some bible verses you guys enjoy for encouragement, hope, faith, anything to keep someone positive and happy!

English Translation

Conduct me O Lord in the way and I will walk thy truth. Douay-Rheims Psalm 85:11
 
“The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want; he makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside still waters; he restores my soul.” (Psalm 23: 1-3, RSV)

“Jesus said to him, I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father, but by me.” (John 14:6, RSV)
 
From Philippians 4:

8Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.

9Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you
 
I love Jeremiah 29:11-14…it helps me to simply trust

11 For I know well the plans I have in mind for you, says the LORD, plans for your welfare, not for woe! plans to give you a future full of hope.
12 When you call me, when you go to pray to me, I will listen to you.
13 When you look for me, you will find me. Yes, when you seek me with all your heart,
14 you will find me with you, says the LORD, and I will change your lot; I will gather you together from all the nations and all the places to which I have banished you, says the LORD, and bring you back to the place from which I have exiled you. (NAB)

And of course Luke 2:1-20…the birth of our savior; such joyful news! “Glory to God in the highest and on earth peace to those on whom his favor rests.” 😃

Thanks everyone for the verses!
I think the Psalms especially help because they always flow better 🙂 lol.
Give me more if you have more! I think something for guidance, and knowing God loves you and is there for you is basically what I’m looking for 🙂

Jn.3;16 has always been popular. " God so loved the world, he gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believes in Him will not perish, but have everlasting life."

Also, Rom.5:1 “Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.”

Eph.2:8-9. I’ll let you look this up. 🙂
