Biblical Movies

What movie/s about the Bible are faithful to Catholic teaching? What are the movies that are not faithful?

Again, plasmadash, you’re asking for huge amounts of information. There are hundreds, if not thousands, of Biblical movies.

Why not ask about a few specific ones?

Biblical movies tend to avoid religious dogma. So they are neither faithful nor not faithful to Catholic teachings.

You should try decentfilms.com/search
If you look at the “Genre/Category” box and select “Religious Themes” and click search you’ll get a huge array of religiously themed movies. Many are biblical but some are not (some are about the saints and some are fictional).

Also, if you want to check which ones you ought to avoid, there’s a compilation of non-recommended religiously-themed films too.

Personally the only Biblical movie I’ve watched was The Prince of Egypt (an animated movie). It was really good as far as I remember watching it as a kid.
I also remember one movie about Jesus and I think it was a claymation.
