Birth control for mentally handicapped?

Hello, i watchd a program on tv Sunday where these foster children 4 girls all lived together in one foster house and got raped all the time.The people who wer inger printed and went to classes and were approved by the state found them OK to have kids in their home. Don’t worry about mentally handicapped people or mentally challenged, they only repeat what they ave learned and it s probably from their counselors and teachers and family Most of those habits for them stem from abuse on them.By very intelligent people(They think) raggetyann

What am I suggesting?! I never said a word about sterilization. Read my post again and retract your statement above.

i believe sterilization is the best way to go for mentally handicapped persons. i’m mentally challenged and i got sterilized when i was 20 years old because i’m not capable of raising children.
