I know nothing of this Father Cekada, but Bishop Daniel Dolan has been a sede since at least 1983 when he broke with the SSPX. (I knew him personally for some years up to that time.)

The only reference to any “scandal” that I found was from some murky-looking website that seems none too reputable. The drivel on there was a waste of bandwidth.

Could you elaborate more on what exactly you heard? Scandal can mean alot of different things now a days.
