Bishop Peter A. Libasci was installed as Bishop of Manchester, N.H. on Dec. 8. In his homily he asked the faithful to allow “the stirrings of God’s grace to breathe new life into us all” so that the Catholic faith can be entrusted “whole and entire to a new young generation.”
