I think Bishop makes a compelling point here. Perhaps the reforms have been implemented poorly in some/many instances, but to say that the liturgical reforms are fundamentally flawed, seems to me to be a precarious position to hold.

What do you think?
 
I think it would be unusual for a self-proclaimed reformer to say his reforms were counterproductive.

It is interesting that on one hand, he says the old mass was not aboslute and had to change. Then, on the other hand, he seems to im ply it can’t or shouldn’t change back.

The logic is hard to follow.

The Pope is right. We can have two forms of the mass at once.
