Bishop's visit to parish

[Mark1970]

I know that this request is both short-notice and trivial (compared to some requests), but could you please pray for a succesful visit of a bishop to the church where I attend the EF Mass? The bishop is visiting tomorrow and is attending all the Masses; at the Latin Mass, we’ve been told he will “preside and may say a few words”. The community that has the Latin Mass are technically visitors in the parish and so we’re hopng that everything goes well with no unpleasant surprises. Thanks in advance!

[ready]

Sorry I didn’t get to your prayer intention on time. I hope your Bishop’s visit was pleasant and that he was pleased with you parish. Peace!

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name, thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us, and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now, and at the hour of our death. Amen.

Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit, as it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.

O my Jesus, forgive us our sins, save us form the fires of hell, lead all souls to heaven, especially those in most need of your mercy. Amen.
