Does anyone know where I can get prayers to Bl. Imelda, who is a patron of First Communicants?

I found a couple on a Dominican website but I’ve searched and searched and can’t find anymore! I had never heard her story before until I was watching EWTN and I happened to catch the kid’s show Truth in the Heart with the Dominican sisters. I thought it was a wonderful story and a testimony to Bl. Imelda’s faith!

Can someone help me out?

O Blessed Imelda, whose faith was so firm and so ardent that in the presence of the Blessed Sacrament thou wert rapt in ecstasy, we implore thee to obtain for us so lively a faith that it will transform our lives entirely. Especially now, as we are about to receive Holy Communion, may we believe firmly that our Lord and Master Jesus Christ is here present in the Sacrament of His love, Body and Soul, Humanity and Divinity, for our good. We offer up to Him thy pure and faithful heart in place of our inconstant and cold hearts. For thy sake may He hear our prayers and come soon to take possession of our souls, lest we faint by the wayside. Amen.
O Blessed Imelda, we beg thee to speak in our behalf to the good Master, to tell Him that we are more grateful than words can ever tell for the mercy and goodness He has shown us in leaving the tabernacle to tarry in our hearts. How unworthy we are that Jesus should have come to us! We are overpowered by the honor the Son of God has shown us in stooping to our lowly estate! Speak to Him for us, and say that though our sins have been many and great, and though our hearts are weak and fickle, we are yet sensible of His love and desire henceforth to prove it by giving Him grateful and faithful service. Since our virtues are so few, let our very unworthiness appeal to His merciful Heart and draw forth the graces we must need. Amen.

I got the following from the website saints.sqpn.com/sainti10.htm :

Lord Jesus Christ, You received into heaven Blessed Imelda who loved You in the Eucharistic banquet. By her prayers may we learn to approach Your holy table with that same fervent love and so fulfill our longing to be with You, who live and reign with the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever.
