Blackwell's Dictionary reference needed for "polyeleos"

I am looking for an entry from Blackwell’s Dictionary of Eastern Christianity. If you have it, will you please take a picture or type the text that accompanies the entry for polyeleos. I don’t need the part about the hymn, just the chandelier.
 
Sorry, I only have the Blackwell Liturgical Dictionary of Eastern Christianity (1993), and the entry there for Polyeleos does not mention the chandelier.
