Is Blessed Alan de la Roche still Blessed or has he been Canonized a Saint? I get conflicting info if you surf it on the web!:confused:

Remember, the Church does not “bestow” the Beatific vision, (ie make saints) only God does that.

Many ancients are “blessed” and never were “officially” canonized by the Church. Big deal. Doesnt matter. Those in Heaven are in Heaven.

To be honest, these days, it takes big $$$$$$$ to get someone officially “canonized”. Big $$$$
