Blessed items losing blessing by contact

If something from an condemned private revelation like a scapular that came from that purported site came into contact a blessed item blessed by a Catholic priest, would that item lose its blessing?

If anything another Christian denomination or religion like a buddha statue, came into physical contact with a truly blessed object, would the item lose its blessing? Would it need to be re-blessed?

No. Blessings aren’t magical incantations. They’re prayers, prayed by priests, on behalf of the people who use the object in question.

The object coming into contact with pagan or unapproved objects cannot possibly cause these prayers to lose their effect. If a priest blesses a scapular that comes from an unapproved apparition, the blessing is still effective, even though the other rituals associated with that scapular might not necessarily be recommended.
