Blessed Virgin Mary and Blessing?

So I have heard some accounts of Mary blessing religious articles and people at Medjegorje but I thought only Jesus and Priests could do blessings. Can someone please explain this to me?

Medjegorje is unapproved. Even if it were approved you wouldn’t have to believe it. I can’t explain something that the Church does not approve.

That is what I am wondering. Did the Church say something against it or kept silent? I am curious about it for I think it is too many apparitions …

As I recall they asked her to bless the articles and she agreed. However, she told them it was not the equivalent of having a priest bless them, and they should still be given the greater blessing a priest gives.

About 18 months ago Rome set up a committee to study it and report back to one of the Congregations. I don’t think the results were going to be make public until the Congregation acted on them.
