I’m repairing a rosary that I have by replacing all of the wire linking the beads together. I am keeping all of the beads, the crucifix, and the medal. Do I need to have the rosary blessed again after I finish or is it still blessed?

No you don’t need to have it blessed again. The blessing is more for you and all who will use the rosary in their devotions, and since you’ve already had that blessing, you don’t need to have it again. 🙂

From your description, I think the Rosary is still blessed.

After all, if you are short of Holy Water you can add a little water to it and it is still blessed as long as the resulting water is still more than 50% of the original Holy Water.

In your case, not much of the original Rosary was removed. And we don’t really pray much with the wires, we pray on the beads and the crucifix.

What I would do: when finished repairing, bless the item yourself with Holy Water. And the next time you need some sacramental items blessed, you could include it along with the other things. This way, no extra time is required of the Priest and you will have full confidence that it is blessed.
