hi everyone

I’m wondering if you all can help me. i moved into a new house about a month and a half ago and i need to bless my home to get the evil spirits away from me and my family. Im a mother to a beautiful 18 month old little girl and God has blessed us with a gift that i consider a burden but i know Our Lord would not give us something we can not hanldle. please can someone send me a couple of prayers to protect my family and bless my house.

I had a small meeting, if thats what you call it, or maybe a passing, anyway, with the devil. My family have also been cursed because bad things come after us and i know my daughter has the same gift as me and i just want to start protecting her the right way and teach her how to protect herself and her family. I dont believe i have to go to church because people keep an eye on you and i dont realy appreciate that.

i just need some help blessing water and putting up some prayers to say at night when i lay my daughter down to sleep.

I dont believe i have to go to church because people keep an eye on you and i dont realy appreciate that. Your bio says you are Catholic, so you do have an obligation to attend Mass every Sunday. Do you think you suffer from an anxiety problem that makes you feel uncomfortable around people at Mass? If so this also may be a problem to discuss with your Priest

First.

There is WAY more going on there than what you “believe” I would talk to a spiritual counceller, such as a priest.

SECOND!

God NEVER, I repeat NEVER forces spiritual gifts. For your sake you need to get this out of your head. If you are forced to carry a spiritual gift then it is NOT from God. Plain, simple. Love is full consideration of the other. God will never do something that is not loving.

Third.

Your daughter is 18months old. Children are uniquely open to God’s love but very, very rarely have spiritual gifts. This is especally true of gifts FORCED. Which aren’t gifts but curses.

Fourth.

If you believe something is in your family tree, it very well could be. The devil likes to piggyback on family problems, especally addiction and sexual sin. Your daughter will deal with both what YOU bring to the table and her father brings to the table. I recommend a healing mass with a prayer that breaks generational curses. These curses, again, can be the devil using an opening such as addiction…it’s not some big flash-bang as seen in movies.

You have my prayers 😉 But I would also recomend asking for a Priest’s blessing. They truely work and will aid you in your prayers. Do you mind if I ask what the gift is that you and your daughter share? Im sorry you feel that people keep their eyes on you in church, you must have had a bad experience of mean people in church in the past. Im lucky, the people at my church are so cool. As for the holy water, obtain some from a Priest and ask him to bless a rosary. My Priest blessed my Grandma’s rosary for her and her health, which is normally terrible, rapidly improved afterwards. Blessings are very powerful things so these evil spirits dont stand a chance. You’re going to be fine 👍

Has your daughter been baptized? If not, I urge you to call you parish and schedule it soon.

I would also ask you to, in addition to scheduling your daughter’s baptism, to schedule a blessing of you house by your parish priest. Request a mass at your place, in addition to the blessing.

The best thing I can recommend is that you participate in the Mass and the sacrament of Confession regularly. When you are in a state of grace, you are well-protected because you are God’s and He protects and defends what is His own.

As for your discomfort in church, GO TO MASS ANYWAY!!! You may be uncomfortable, but as you say, God will not allow more than you can handle. He will give you the graces you need to deal with your discomfort – and if you are obedient to His Church and go to Mass in spite of your feelings, you will be meriting graces for your family and for others as well. You will also be teaching your daughter to place her trust in Christ, rather than in her own feelings and strengths.

In other words, true protection comes from obedience to Our Lord through His Church.

As for blessing the home, you will need holy water blessed by a priest, not by you 🙂

Hi everyone.

Thanks for the replies I realy do appreciate it.
@ gertabella. you are right, i need to teach my daughter to put all her trust in God. In my church however they dont have a sunday school and all the things the priest says she doesnt understand. I have tried to get them to start a sunday school so the children will be able to love and trust in God and understand them but they say NO. I dont find that fair on the children.
@ Pablope, My daughter has been baptized, but I will talk to the priest about coming to bless my home and then maybe we can have a mass in there. Thank you.
@ CrazyRachel, Thank you for being so understanding, I havent had a bad experiance until i came to this church. The gift (Curse) is that i can see into the future, trust me its not nice, then i can also see spirits moving around me at times. I am definetly going to ask the priest to bless my rosary

@puprlesunshine. Thank you for all the advice i will def take everything in and try and find a way to get rid of this thing.

prayers you have
if you feel you or your daughter have had a demonic encounter see the priest immediately, before this day is over, this is NOT a DIY project.
what you think about Mass is irrelevant God has commanded you to keep his day holy and to worship him and Jesus has ordained the manner of that worship, which is Sunday Mass with the entire Catholic community. If you love him, he says, you will keep his commandments. If you are therefore by your own will separated from his grace in the sacraments, no other actions such as sprinking holy water are going to avail you. See the priest today, come back into communion with Our Lord and his Church, and welcome home.
 
The most powerful weapon there is against evil is fleeing to the Church and recieving the Sacraments.

Regular Confession, regular Mass attendance, regular reception of Holy Communion are the first and best lines of defense. The Eucharist is Jesus Christ Himself, recieve Him as often as you can while in a state of Grace, He will protect you.

Also absolutely seek counsel with your parish priest, and pray (the Rosary and Divine Mercy Chaplet are always good). First and foremost though, flee to the Sacraments, they are our life source in the Church, they are our connection with the Body of Christ. Without the Eucharist and Confession, we quickly become lost.
