Blessing of a Shamrock

I’m looking for the official Blessing of a Shamrock for Ireland for a project. I’ve found this:

It doesn’t have any rubrics, though. Does anyone have a scan of the approved blessing? Thanks.

I don’t question if it’s official, I just would like to see a version with rubrics. Is this done outside of Mass, within Mass, etc. If within Mass, when does it take place? Is it after the Intercessions? Are the shamrocks sprinkled with holy water or incensed?

No worries. I wasn’t sufficiently clear.

I do see now that the blessing seems to end with a blessing/dismissal of the people, so I’m assuming this happens either outside Mass or at the end of Mass.

I am irish and the Shamrock is blessed at start of mass with holy water.
