I recently posted the below in another thread, and I got a good answer, but after some feedback I repost it in a thread of its own. Thankful for opinions on the matter.
Original question:
Hello all,
Since I do not really want to start a new thread when there is a subject bordering to my own question allready rolling, I decided to add my own question to this one allready in existence.
Myself and a group of my fellow church goers recieved the blessing of several St Benedict medals at once. Afterwards I saw that the priest, who I have nothing but praise for - he is doing a great job in my small parish, had not removed all of the medals from the small plastic bags. Since the holy water never touched those medals, did they get blessed?
