Blessings, Selling, and Sacrilege

Since it is a sacrilege to sell something that is blessed (at least that is what I have heard), I was wondering how the Church sees something like selling a house that has been blessed or a car for instance. Is it similar in a way to relics where you technically purchase the reliquary in that you actually purchase the deed of the car or house? I only ask because I had my old car blessed when I bought it and I sold it last summer, and I suddenly just realized I could be guilty of sacrilege.
 
Good question. It is my understanding that you are selling the house, not the blessing. You do not add extra value to the house and advertise it as a Blessed House. Also, a blessed house does not rise to the level of being a sacramental like a Rosary. I know that the Church can remove a consecration from church building or a seminary is it is being sold for secular purposes.

It not a sin to sell a blessed item. It would only be a sin if you sold for a higher price because of the blessing.
For example, a Catholic store sells Rosaries. All its Rosaries are identical. Some are blessed and the others are not. If it sells the blessed ones for a higher price that would be a sin. It is allowed to sell the blessed ones for the same price as the non-blessed ones.
 
Perhaps it the case that a house and a car do not become “sacramentals”. And one is not selling “a blessed house” so it is extra…
 
If say one has a blessed rosary or medal …such looses the indulgence when sold…

…and such should be normally bought before blessed.
