Ah right got it. I remembered something about the Eastern rite, but couldn’t remember exactly what. Thanks for clearing that up. 👍
 
At our parish, there is a visiting priest who always has a blue chasuble for Advent. It looks really cool.

He was the bishop for the Eastern Catholic Faithful in Argentina of all ECC’s, their proper ordinary, and had been a biritual priest. So he was, in all practicality, a biritual bishop. There are numerous photos floating around the web of him celebrating the HDL as presiding bishop.
 
Our (Polish)Priest wears blue vestments on the first Saturday Mass. Ive not seen him wear it for a specific Mariam feast though. I love it.
