I’m afraid of Beets, Hominy, and Peas. They terrify me.
You’re making me hungry.😋

One thing that terrifies me and will until I have my throat surgery, is food of any kind. I need to eat. But I’m always afraid of it coming back up. It’s really becoming a phobia and I pray I can have my surgery so I can enjoy eating again.

That’s a real cross for you Lily :/Please God it is resolved and you don’t have to even think about it :pray:t4:

I plan to see my surgeon next month to find out which of the two surgeries open to me is the best one. Mama told me to tell him about this issue. It could help him decide which one to do and when. We’ve agreed that now that the temperatures are warmer at night that we want this done asap. I will also ask him which things I can grow in my garden since I’ll begin planting in April.

I hope that all goes well, be assured lots of us are praying 🙂
My mum has tomatoes that are low in acid,I think the Roma variety are pretty good? I can’t remember if you can still eat tomato.

That’s one thing I plan to ask him. I’m willing to switch to low-acid tomatoes if he allows me to keep tomatoes in my diet. I’m going to make an appt for next week since March begins in a few days.

I hate being terrified to eat solid food. But I know what happens when I do. And it’s becoming a several times a day issue. I still hope to have the surgery while Lent is going on since it’ll make sticking to the 3 week liquid diet I’ll be on afterwards easier to bear.

Oh yeah  for me filling out forms of about 20 pages…thinking you’ve got all the attachments needed
and then realising you have to send away ,apply for another document to attach…

Accidentally stepping on dog exhaust particles often scares me. Also, we have large flocks of Canadian Geese that come and park on our grass in town by the 100s. Their exhaust particles are not real pleasant either, but they don’t exactly scare me.

If you are scared of dog and geese exhaust I recommend you avoid hanging around a herd of dairy cows. You probably would go into a catatonic state if you stepped in their exhaust. 😱

I’m sure it’s happened once or twice. I did grow up in Kansas farm country, but I was a town kid.

🤣 the last time I milked after a long break, the kindly elderly farmer warned me several times about the diet of tender green grass the cows were on ,and got caught out himself from above .I pretended I had seen nothing .
