I am not sure where this goes so sorry if I got it wrong. Adventist handed me this book God, Gödel, and Grace:A Philosophy of faith by Cliffard Goldstein. I havn’t gotten that deep into it (a few pages) and I was wondering if anyone has heard of this book and if it is trustworthy? I ask because the guy seems to be talking my kind of reasoning (a bit darker but, still) and if there are some errs in it I probobly wouldn’t pick up on it. Thanks for any help you could give me and God bless.

unless someone has actuallly read the book and can vouch for it, i say put it on the shelf and leave it there. if you can openly say that you would miss any errors (i promise i mean no insult by that), then you are not confident or educated enough in your faith to challenge a book like that. study more what you beleive, and when you feel educated enough, begin reading the book, and look for all the ‘errors’ within it, and see if you can find what we teach, and where the books teaching falls short. untill then Please dont hurt yourself by shaking up the faith you hold now. Leave it on the Shelf
