Has anyone here read “Bread and Wine”, a book of readings for Lent?
I bought it last year for Lent, as some years I read an appropriate book for Lent. Two years ago it was The Fathers Know Best, and last year it was Introduction to the Devout Life. That one took me long enough that I didn’t get around to Bread and Wine.
I bought Bread and Wine as I thought it was by Wendell Berry, but I see that he only contributed an essay. Has anyone here read the book, and if so, how did you find it?
