Book on the Liturgy of the Hours

Wasn’t sure where to post this question, actually.

Can anyone out there recommend a good book on the history of the Divine Office? I say the Liturgy of the Hours regularly and would really like to learn how it developed and came down to us.

There are three excellent books. One by Robert Taft. The Liturgy of the Hours in East and West: the Origins of the Divine Office and Its Meaning for Today, , Paul Bradshaw’s Early Christian Worship, and Company of Voices by George Guiver.
