It sounds like a page turner, and has had good reviews. But it apparently weaves together progressive fantasies of what a future conclave ought to produce.

A “Conclave” for Camelot.
A twist on an old theme and an attack on the Church. Progressive is a meaningless word. Progress toward what is truly good or simply progress toward what certain special interest groups want? That appears to the Utopian vision, for some, here.

I read the book and I thought I did a thread on this book.

I liked it up until the last 2 pages, but that is my opinion.
easy to read and it was hard to put down, but I was disappointed in the end.

I commented in the “What are you reading” thread about how absurd – Dan Brownish, even – the ending was when I first read it.

absurd is a good word and good comparison to Dan Brown!
