I forgot about Screwtape Letters… I think that and Mere Christianity might be a good help (he is soon to turn age 30).
These are a lot of great suggestions. Thanks everyone!

Also, his fiance is a long-time friend of us both. She grew up with more of a Catholic upbringing (*incl. Catholic college, etc.). The two of them may both come home to the Faith through one another and with the aid of the Holy Spirit.

By the way. My friend’s openness is a testament to the fact that:
- you cannot give up on anyone… nor can you give up on praying.
- A Catholic should not hang around ONLY with practicing Catholics. I have had this friend since high school… through thick and thin… after my conversion, his life had not necessarily changed (still same old partying). He is currently living with his fiance (sadly, as does almost everyone of my peers, Catholic or not). Many people might choose to never go to his home. I, however, wanted to maintain our friendship, and keep the avenue for discussion open. Of course, I would never spend time with friends who brought me into serious sin or such temptations… you have to avoid company that is destructive to the soul.
