Books by priests on experiences of working with those close to death?

Curious if anyone would have any book titles they could recommend on the experiences priests have had in working with people who are close to death and dying.

I have a few but they’re not from Catholic authors: Raymond Moody and Kubler-Ross.

What I’m looking for is something that gives hope to those who are dying and are afraid of being met with annihilation upon death.
