Books for "Bible" Christians

I have known a few “Bible Christians” in the past in whom were rather clever (not right but clever) and I was wondering if someone could refer to me some apologetical books in the style of Karl Keating Catholism and Fundamentalism of (Protestant) point and (Catholic) counter-point in bible verses (I need help with the Jewish Sabbath, The State of the Dead {For Adventist}, amongst others)? As well as some books as with regards to various church founders, like Ellen G. White, Josph Smith, Whomever it was that started the Jehovas Witness Church, Luther, Calven, ect.?
 
For the specific arguments addressed to the various “church” founders, definitely check out the Catholic Answers main page.

The essays are not extensive but they are very clear and focus on the major issues.
