Are thier any Catholic books regarding debt or becoming Debt Free. I do a program called the Finacial Freedom Seminar and it is great but not a Catholic view. Anyone know 👍 :gopray2: :blessyou:

Here’s a site for Veritas Financial Ministries. The have a book available called “7 Steps to Becoming Financially Free: A Catholic Guide to Managing Your Money.” I understand it comes highly recommended.

Hope this helps!

Kimberly Hahn does an excellent series of tapes on financial stewardship. Can’t remember the name, but I’m sure if you googled Kimberly, you would find it. I’ll try to look it up later.

Dave Ramsey is not Catholic, but his “Financial Peace University” is great! He uses the Bible as foundation. Seems similar to Veritas program

Our Sunday Visitor has a financial managment program that can be used by individuals, or in parish in a small group setting, we have a study group looking into it and will probably offer the small group method this yr. Crown Financial Ministries has a program on Christian radio stations, not Catholic, but very sound in principle. Its founder I believe died recently but the program is still around.

I’m working with the Dave Ramsey Total Money Make Over right now and it’s going pretty good for having just started.

Why does one need a “Catholic” view on this? I’m sort of puzzled by this.
