Books on the Order of Preachers (Friars)

Hello all,

I’m curious about the Order of Preachers, and I was wondering if there were any books about their lives today (male only, please). I have a couple of other questions too, but I’ll start new threads for those…

Your best place to start in my opinion is at the website for the province near you… Province of St Joseph I would recommend you do a retreat with the friars to learn more about the Rule of life and the day to day living.

As for books on the way they live currently… I would recommend Dominican Life a great resource on the happenings of the order throughout. The site has a link to books and other resources that may better address your concerns.
