My son is at Boot Camp for the Marine Corps - a good decision for his family. However, evidently the mail is not getting through (for a week he says) - he got some letters and then evidently they have stopped getting them even though we have sent mail every day, his wife and I. His letter to her today was devastating to her as he thinks she is too busy for him. He has had it rough most of his life and is trying to do the right thing. But not getting mail is excruciating for him as he misses her and his baby girl desperately. Probably by now he has gotten the mail, but please pray for this couple that they get through this difficult time. She is pregnant with daughter #2 and does not need the stress, nor does he. God bless you for gracing them with your prayers.

Your son is already blessed, he has a calling to serve his Country. For me, I am honored and humbled when I see the dress blues. The Marines will teach him well, I know, I’m in a family that’s 3rd generation Marine. U Rah!!!
